All of those identifying as female within NEFS  are automatically Women in Finance division members, giving us a reach of over 1000 students. All members benefit from career and personal development advice tailored to them, such as mock assessment centres, career clinics and speaker panels.

In addition to teaching technical knowledge through exclusive collaborations with other NEFS divisions and societies, we plan to expand WiF to BME and LGBTQ+ this year. Women in Finance champion inclusivity and making a career in finance accessible to everyone.
